3rd Federal Bank Presents Home Buying Seminar in Ewing September 29, 2010
Newtown, PA (September 8, 2010) – Local homebuyers will benefit from a free home buying seminar presented by 3rd Federal Bank on Wednesday, September 29 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the bank’s Ewing, NJ branch, located at 2075 Pennington Road.
The workshop, titled “Everything You Need to Know About Buying a Home,” will feature Appraisal, FHA, Mortgage and Real Estate experts who will answer questions in a small, intimate setting. “Attendees will learn how an accurate appraisal can provide protection during the home-buying process, how to qualify for an FHA loan, what to consider when shopping for a mortgage and what to look for in a real estate agent, among other important home-buying topics,” said Ron Altieri, vice president, Mortgage Lending at 3rd Federal Bank. “Plus, all attendees will receive a free credit report.”
